CenClear, a provider of Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS), is seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT-ABA) to join the team. IBHS helps children up to the age of 21 who’s behavioral, emotion or mental health symptoms are leading to issues at home, at school and/or in their community. The goal of our program is to surround the individual with the care and the behavioral support needed to improve their behavior(s) and/or reduce their symptoms. Services can be provided in the home, school and/or community.

Compensation
- Yearly Salary Range $24,140.00-$26,878.80
Hours
- This is a full-time position
- Work 40 hours per week, for 39 weeks per year
- This includes school day coverage and evenings availability at least twice per week.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavioral interventions outlined in the child's Treatment Plan in the home, school, and other community settings.
- Demonstrate behavioral strategies to the child, parents, school staff, and community staff.
- Record child data and maintain accurate charts.
- Collaborate and meet with team members regularly.
- Submit required paperwork in a timely manner.
- Comply with IBHS policies and maintain confidentiality regarding children and families.
- Attend supervision, trainings, and meetings as required.
Qualifications
- BA or BS degree in psychology or related field; or
- BA or BS in any major plus 1 year's paid experience working with children/adolescents; or
- Associate degree (or 60 credits towards a bachelor’s degree) with the equivalent of at least 3 years' full-time paid work experience in a job that involved direct contact with children/adolescents; or
- Licensed Practical Nurse with the equivalent of at least 3 years' full-time paid work experience in a job that involved direct contact with children/adolescents; or
- High School Diploma or GED with 40 hours of training on the RBT task list by a BCBA upon hire.
- Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
